Enrollment Confirmation

4. Fees and Payment

Program Fees

All program fees are stated in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is guaranteed at the time of enrollment.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Refund Policy

  • Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before program start date
  • 50% refund if you cancel 7-14 days before program start date
  • No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before program start date
  • No refund after the program has commenced
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval

5. Program Participation

Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance and active participation are expected. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or made up unless we cancel a session.

Behavior Standards

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect
  • Follow program rules and guidelines
  • Not disrupt the learning environment

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate behavior standards without refund.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify program content, schedule, or format
  • Substitute instructors when necessary
  • Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment (full refund provided)
  • Reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum, and software, is the property of opal-travel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License
